It is this fixture that we have been allocated to support so if anyone can help, please let us know if you can assist.
You will see from the map attached that the course is very different from last year due to restrictions set out by the council. We have managed to secure additional parking this year, but I would ask that you try initially to park at the Crescent Car Park off Sutton Road (WS5 3AW). From this car park you can walk across the field towards the main car park where the registration tent will be set up (about a 3-minute walk).
If you are a volunteer from a non-hosting club. Please arrive at 9.45 for the briefing, you will be allocated roles by the league organisers. At this time the Crescent car park may be full so please use the main car park (The car park can be accessed from the Broadway North (A4148) postcode WS1 2QD. The first race starts at 11.00 but we need marshals out on the course to support athletes walking the course.
Meeting Timetable: – Suggest arrive 45 – 60 minutes before your race and pick up your number from the tent.
