Strollers

Are you looking for company and a gentle exercise? We hold a Strollers Club at 10.30am each Thursday. There will be gentle warm up exercises, then a walk around our athletic track. The hour-long session is completed with refreshments in the club. The cost is £2 per session and you can just turn up.
