On the weekend of Saturday 25th to Monday 27th May, Kim Braznell will be taking part in the Hadrian Hundred and raising money for Mary Stevens Hospice and the local group of the Chernobyl Children’s Lifeline.
The event is a tough challenging event in Northumberland that entails running/walking 100 miles in 48 hours.
With this in mind, we thought it would be a good opportunity to get our young athletes involved and give them an insight into an endurance event and raising money for charity.
We plan to hold a fundraising night for our group of young athletes with the aim of them running 100 miles collectively in one night.
This will be achieved by running laps of the outside of the track in a relay format and will take place on Tuesday 21st May between 7.00 and 8.15 pm.
Sponsorship forms will be handed out on Tuesday night.
Your support for this event will be greatly appreciated.
