Core Sessions are back at the Smithy

Under the reopening protocols, Core Strength / Circuit training is returning to the Smithy

Mondays and Thursdays 6:00 till 6:40. All welcome (Min Age 16)

To let us know you’re planning to join the session, please contact Sarah Thompson

Core / Circuits will be followed with 20 minutes of Plyometrics for Middle distance / Endurance Runners as an optional session
