Halesowen Athletics Club are hosting a club open day on Saturday 30th April from 12 noon until 4.00 pm.
The event is free to attend, and is open to everyone interested in what the club has to offer for new, experienced or returning runners.
The club, which is celebrating its centenary this year, hosts numerous training sessions across the week for athletes of all ages and abilities.
Facilities include a 350 metre running track, an indoor training room and a clubhouse and bar which hosts a lively programme of social events.
Coaches and members will be available to talk to and there will also be a chance to see Halesowen athletes in action on the track at a special time trials event.
The club bar will be open for refreshments throughout the afternoon,

TIME TRIAL EVENT
The time trial event takes place on Saturday 30th April from 12 noon and is open to all club members aged 11 years and over.
You can run any distance from 60m to 3000m and there are also field events. Anyone running 400 metres or more will be offered a pace maker.
Under 11s are welcome to take part in the “Quad” event which will take place following Saturday club ahead of the start of the main time trials events.
