| Senior Session Strollers Track - walk / gentle run Point of Contact: Barry Griffiths Age grp:18+ Session Time: 10.30 – 11.30 | This session is aimed at athletes who would like to participate in gentle exercise, walking or running around the track. This is followed by refreshments in the club house. This is a Pay as You Go session for non members. | |
| Junior & Senior Session Speed Jumps & Throws Leaders: Jo & Alan Smallwood, John Taylor & James Lediard Age grp: 14+ Session Time: 18:00-19.30 | These are aimed at competitive athletes. Summer sessions: are based on the Track with running sessions up to 800m and all Jumps & Throws events, apart from Pole Vault. Winter sessions: are split between the Track & Gym. Thursdays: are on the track where the sessions progress from specific autumn, winter & spring sessions through to the competitive summer period. | |
| Junior & Senior Session Track & Distance Lead Coach: Alex Morgan Age grp: 16+ Session Time: 19.00 -20:00 | The session is aimed at runners all abilities and gender, who want to improve their fitness and speed. The sessions usually revolve around reps of under 400m and generally on the track. More focus is given to conditioning, and speed for distance running. the session is set to compliment the Monday Track and Distance running session. The training group will focus on a number of events through the year benchmark improvement. | |
