A big thank you to everyone who attended our Run & Talk event 🤍
Despite the forecast thunder and rain, we managed to avoid it, and welcomed 45+ HACC members, friends, family and new faces who walked, jogged and ran together on our track. 🌧️🏃🏽♀️🏃🏽
So far, the event has raised an amazing £150.70 for MIND.
That is before the club’s contribution, which has agreed to match the money raised on the night! ✨
We truly appreciate everyone attending and donating at short notice, especially during difficult times.
We also had so many lovely positive notes written on our ‘Make a Difference Board’ to encourage and inspire others through journeys we may not always see or understand.
One note in particular really reflects what we strive to be at HACC:
‘The Club! It’s the family we choose’ 🤍
That leads me on to express my gratitude to everyone who pulled together to make this happen.
It’s moments like these that show exactly why this club is such a special place – built on dedication, teamwork, and the kindness of amazing volunteers who give their time and energy to support others 💛
