| Junior Session Track & Distance Running Lead Coach: Ian Priest Age grp: 12+ (12-15 yrs) Session Time: 19.00 -20:00 | Our Wednesday night session is aimed at children and young people who want to improve their athletic skills and are prepared to listen, learn and try hard. We always try to make the sessions as fun as possible and tailor them as much as we can to the individual needs of each athlete. We normally split the athletes into two groups related to age and ability age and ability. September-February- Main focus on running, middle to long distance, cross country, conditioning fitness, either on the track or out together. February-August- Main focus on a variety of athletic disciplines-running, throwing, jumping, fitness. We try to cover as many individual disciplines as possible and athletes are encouraged to take part in Sportshall and Track competitions. | Athletes are always encouraged to come with a water bottle and a few different layers (especially in Winter and whenever it rains). Hats and gloves are helpful for winter sessions. Light Hi visibility clothing is essential for when we go off track |

| Junior & Senior Session Conditioning circuits Lead coach: Ollie Dodd Age grp: 15+ Session Time: 20.00 – 21.00 | These sessions are open to all senior athletes (15+). These core and conditioning circuits aim to improve “X Factor” athleticism. These are a weekly rotation between 4 different X Factors: • Core & Conditioning via Circuits • Power & Explosiveness via Medizen Ball Training • Mobility via Stretching | .This takes place in The Smithy |

| Senior Session C25k Progression (5k-8k) Leader: Adrian Dale Age grp: 18+ Session Time: 19.00 -20:00 | These sessions are suitable for senior athletes who are looking to progress from Couch to 5km, athletes who can run 5km and those looking to progress distance, stamina and pace. Session will offer a choice of a 5-6 km run or a longer 6-8 km, with the occasional run up to 10km. Runs will generally take place offsite. | Senior Session Road & Trail - 5 Milers Leader-: Paul Allen Age grp: 18+ Session Time: 19.00 -20:00 | Suitable for those who would like a steady, longer run. A steady, 5 mile run around the local area, including some roads and some country running (weather permitting). Pace is generally around 8:00/mi. | Light Hi visibility clothing is essential for when we go off track. |
