This session is open to all adults and abilities. It is a good starting point when joining the club as it can be used to identify other suitable training groups to attend. Sessions generally consist of a warm-up, 3-8 reps ranging from 400m-800m, and a cool down.
Efforts are held in differing locations each week. Winter sessions are on road and summer sessions are off road. Each session location is shared on HACC Central WhatsApp chat.
