| Senior Session Endurance - Efforts Leader: Sam Morton Age grp: 18+ Session Time: 19.00 - 20:00 | This session is open to all adults and abilities. It is a good starting point when joining the club as it can be used to identify other suitable training groups to attend. Sessions generally consist of a warm-up, 3-8 reps ranging from 400m-800m, and a cool down. Efforts are held in differing locations each week.
