| Junior & Senior Session Speed & Jumps Training Lead coach: Ollie Dodd Age grp: 15+ Session Time: 09.00 – 10.00 | These track sessions are aimed at senior athletes (17+) who are looking to achieve a competitive edge by improving top speed and honing technical skills in both track and field disciplines. There is a weekly rotation of aims between technical improvement, speed training, field events training and lactic tolerance training. In winter there is a focus on weight training in The Smithy and outdoor conditioning. | |

| Junior Session Saturday Club Leaders: Jessica Dale & George Heap Lead Coach: Ollie Dodd Age grp: 8-12+ Session Time: 10.00 – 11.00 | This is aimed at children 8 - 12 years old. We offer an introduction to all athletic events in a structured and fun way, with lots of activities and athletic games, including Sportshall events. Each session starts with a quick warm up game, we then complete all 3 disciplines, jumping throwing running on rotation. There is a lot of variation to the coaching delivered to ensure different skills and techniques are coached and kept fun, the session then ends with warm down and stretches. We use the track and The Smithy. | This is operated on a Pay as You Go basis and registration is done through following the link on our website to the Spond App. |
