The new membership year is upon us. It starts on 1 April 2021 and continues to 31 March 2022.
HA&CC is venturing into the world of online membership forms. Below you will see a link which will take you to a Google Forms version of the Membership Form document. Please read carefully and fill in as appropriate and remember to press submit at the end of Section 4.
As this is such an easy way of communicating information why not take an extra minute or so and fill in all the requested information whether you are renewing or not. (this is not compulsory but would help). Your records can then be crossed checked with the “master file”
You will see in Section 2 that there is a reduced fee for those that were paid up members last year. This is because the club was unable to offer facilities for its members throughout the year. This reduction is not available for those that were NOT paid up members on 31 March 2021.
Please be reminded that for those members requiring England Athletics registration a £15 uplift per person is required to the Club Membership fees. You will have to add this up yourselves to calculate the total.
When making a bank transfer please make a clear payment reference that can be used to determine who the payment is for. E.g. for a lead applicant called Donald Duck use Donald Duck, D Duck Couple, D Duck Family etc
Paper copies of this form will be made available at the club on request.
